Practice Area

Philip has experience in construction litigation representing developers, general contractors and subcontractors.  Throughout his career experience he has also successfully handled a broad array of cases including general liability, construction defect, real estate, personal injury and worker’s compensation defense, toxic tort including mold/habitability, insurance subrogation, and general business litigation. He also has experience with water rights and the California Endangered Species Act in the agriculture setting.  

Additionally, Philip's experience includes all aspects of civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, risk management counseling, and contract drafting.  Mr. Bazzano has been a speaker at the National Business Institute’s seminar entitled Winery & Vineyard Law, on the topics of contracts and insurance.
