Practice Areas

Buck is an associate with Wolfe & Wyman’s Labor and Employment and Professional Liability group in the Los Angeles office.  Buck represents and counsels employers in a variety of employment-related matters, including wage and hour disputes, and matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. Buck also defends Professional Liability claims against businesses and Non-Profit entitlies and their Officers and Directors. 

Prior to joining Wolfe & Wyman, Buck represented the City of Los Angeles in criminal matters and administrative hearings with the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office, where he gained first chair trial experience.  Previously, Buck was an associate with the appellate practice of a midsize law firm, where he represented individuals in Federal court.  Buck also served as an attorney-advisor with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC.  Buck received a J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2013.  While in law school, Buck served as a judicial extern in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and completed summer honors clerkships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.  Buck holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from Goucher College in Baltimore, MD, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude.
