BIOGRAPHY

Alia A. Najjar, M.D., Esq. is part of the General Liability Group. As a licensed physician with general surgery training, she seamlessly blends medical experience with a critical eye for detail to assess the most complex civil litigation issues involving personal injury and professional negligence/medical malpractice, in addition to skillfully handling healthcare regulatory compliance, contract, employment, and administrative law matters. She has significant experience handling complex litigation matters including case analysis, strategy formulation, negotiations, and handling all aspects of litigation from inception throughout the life of the case, working closely with clients and insurance carriers throughout the litigation process.
