Practice Areas:
Banking disputes (including EFTA and UCC), contract disputes, real estate, intellectual property, breach of fiduciary duty, embezzlement, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Rosenthal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and Telephone Consumer Protection Act, products liability, the Consumer Legal Remedies Act, the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, products liability, real property tax, landlord tenant disputes, as well as in the defense of employers in litigation matters including breach of contract, wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, class action wage and hour, and unfair labor practice.
