Jessica has a diverse civil litigation practice with an emphasis on financial services, business, real estate, and Fraternal Law matters.
Prior to joining Wolfe & Wyman, she spent six years with a Sacramento firm representing individuals and businesses in civil litigation cases related to various issues, including business disputes, trademark, employment, real estate sales, and municipal defense. She also represented California businesses, with an emphasis on the beer, wine, and spirits industry, in employment matters and various transactions, including entity selection and formation, contract drafting and review, corporate acquisitions, and dissolutions. Jessica also practiced commercial litigation at a large firm in Irvine, representing financial institutions in a variety of lending and servicing matters in state and federal court.
Jessica attended the University of Southern California School of Law where she was Senior Editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and Public Relations Chair for Legal Aid Alternative Breaks, a student service group founded in response to Hurricane Katrina to assist communities in Louisiana and California with legal aid and manual labor.
