Practice Areas
Ember Oparowski is a trial attorney with more than a decade of experience handling complex civil litigation. She has successfully represented general contractors, property owners, insurance carriers, and product manufacturers in matters involving catastrophic injury, high-exposure construction disputes, and challenging liability claims.
Skilled in all phases of litigation, from early case assessment through trial and appeal, her experience spans jury trials, a bench trial, arbitration hearings, and high-stakes settlement negotiations.
In addition to her extensive defense work, Ms. Oparowski spent the past three years as a plaintiff trial lawyer, representing individuals in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. This perspective broadened her understanding of litigation strategy, damages evaluation, and jury presentation—experience she now leverages to the benefit of her defense clients.
At the start of her career, she clerked with the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office, where she handled arraignments, argued motions, examined witnesses, and worked on trial teams prosecuting felony and misdemeanor cases. This early courtroom work build the foundation for her confident and effective trial advocacy.
