Professional Activities
Ted has been involved in casualty defense for the past 28 years, including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, false arrest, products liability, government tort liability and general casualty defense. He has advised municipal governments and served as in house counsel for a large California retail drug chain. Ted has presented lectures to clients on the subject of loss prevention techniques and methods. He has tried cases to verdict in Alameda and San Francisco counties.
